Overview

Moloney Search was established in 1994 to enable clients to headhunt highly talented individuals into a wide variety of positions, rather than just the traditional preserve of the boardroom.

The vision of the founder, Dr Curly Moloney, was to identify and develop a network of outstanding individuals and track these individuals throughout their professional years. Drawing upon her experience at Oxford and Cambridge Universities and her professional career as a headhunter, Dr Moloney believed that such a business could offer a real competitive edge to clients by enabling them to hire the best people before their competitors.

Since then the business has become a global operation that remains proud of working cross-sector and cross-functionally at senior levels to find the very best candidates.

Our reputation for professionalism and responsiveness is second to none in our Industry. We work for over 30% of the FTSE 100, and we receive repeat business from 90% of our clients. Our success is driven by our rigorous approach to research and our continual investment in our networks and knowledge.
