I recently worked with Nathan at MIDAS SELECTION and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The process was efficient, well-organised, and I always felt well-informed. Communication was excellent throughout, even when Nathan was away on holiday - he provided a direct contact number and remained responsive whenever I reached out. His support made everything flow effortlessly throughout the stress-free process. His professionalism and helpfulness were much appreciated. I would gladly recommend Nathan and MIDAS SELECTION, and I would be sure to use them as a first call should the need arise in the future.

Applied online to this agency they contacted me about a few jobs they had that would fit my skills and experience, I recieved an interview that would be within two days as the employer wanted to meet with me. I went to the interview and smashed it. I got the job over so many people that applied and I'm very happy in the role. Its just a shame people want to slander this company because they didn't get a job. As they say if you try and can't succeed try and try again

Joke recruitment business, they cold call you and over egg the promise of a "job" you'd be perfect for. Then you'll never hear from them again. Don't risk doing business with them as it will cost you the wild goose chase going to a interview most likely doesn't exist.

As other people have basically said all I want to say...I received numerous calls telling me how I was perfect for a certain position and the guy really making it sound worth going for I was kind of hoping this was a new start for me. He then expected me to go for an interview 2 days later,I explained I was unavailable as I was in work ...yet he called back an hour later to still tell me that if I could be in Leeds for 2pm on the original planned day then I'd be interviewed ( despite me saying I was working until 2.30pm in Manchester). Suddenly he was going to get back to me. So here we are 48 hours later with no call,no e mail,nothing.Ive emailed the guy...but guess what ...nada!!! Utter waste of my time!!! I'd avoid this company at all costs!!! They are lucky to even get 1 star.🙁

They contact you and are all over you, enthusiastic and supportive; ask for CV etc, then absolutely nothing... Not really sure what they are after or what they hope to achieve, but they do nothing to help or connect or suggest jobs

The company might be known as Midas, but they certainly have lost their golden touch. I received a call from one of their Managaing consultants regarding a job vacancy they had available, after a lengthy conversation with the consultant and job prospects being emailed I decided that it would be worth further consideration and agreed to an interview. The consultant explained that the employer would want this to happen sooner rather than later and the process would essentially be fast tracked and asked if I could move things around for the Friday which was two days notice. Having agreed to this with the consultant, all I had to do was wait for a time to be confirmed. After not hearing back from the consultant that day I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them the next day via email asking if there was an update. This is where my review comes in, No reply to the email nor a Courtesy phone call to say the interview wasn’t going ahead. In summary it’s just a poor show, to sell a job to a prospective client taking their time up,effectively arranging an interveiw (clearly there wasn’t one) then not even a courtesy email or phone call.
