Wow so so rude! Member of staff, think it was Carol, who I spoke to hung up on me when I hadn't finished speaking, rang back and second member of staff was even ruder, didn't even apologise, was incredibly standoffish and snobby, answered my questions in a very rude tone as if i was a complete idiot. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't even care if they don't help me and would actually prefer it if they didn't.

Awful, Lazy and rude.... I called this company about a month ago asking for help to start a new career, the woman I spoke to was very rude and all she seemed to do was want me to hurry up and get me off the phone. I understand we can be busy in our day to day routine but she came across very rude and snobby. Recently I emailed back to see if she had received my first email and I still have not received an email. Isn't it funny how we go to recruitment agencies because we want a change of career or want to start a career but the people that should be helping us find work can't even be bothered to do their job. I'd give this company 0 stars as I have received absolutely nothing from them, not even a reply to say we have your CV.
