Payroll needs to pay the outstanding balance due which Adam is completely aware of for a client named Alban. Exhausted all means of communication with Adam, despite numerous calls, messages and promises to clear the balance, nothing is done!!! Adam has my number and guest house details. If this payment is not cleared in 5 working days, this matter will be taken for legal action.

AVOID. Reviewing again after the agency talked me into removing my previous review. Do NOT sign up unless you want to be lied to, not paid, forced to pay "admin charges" for your pay to be processed. Joke from start to finish. Signed up by Ian Ruffles told I had loads of work in Worcester paid for dog sitters to then be told I would only be booked for shifts if I paid £150 a week for shared accomodation. Absolute scam there never was any shifts. Passed about from pillar to post, spoke to Adam who booked me shifts and then I wasnt paid for 3 weeks. Was in tears twice. Passed around. Promised pay. Then told they would only pay umbrella company. Then told somebody called Keiran was my consultant. Recieved what i percieved threatening reviews from Ian demanding to know the name of who has booked me shifts "behind his back". At this point I spoke to my union about the wages and the hospital bank department and then i was paid after York hospital rang the agency. Took another 12 days for a payslip to arrive and guess what. The agency have charged me £21.60 to process my pay. Then after all this hassle and being asked twice to delete my review (which I did as I need work) the rate has suddenly reduced £5 per hour!!!! Another barrage of stressful texts telling me I have to sign up umbrella to make things easier (it doesnt fpr me i want PAYE pay) advised I stay PAYE i have to pay for my pay to be processed (they say its only £20 a shift). How this agency is the prefered supplier for York hospital is absolutely beyond me. So for 1 shift i would be £60 down in wage and £21.60 to process said wage (£81.60 a shift). Having been a full time agency nurse since Jan 2019 i have NEVER experienced any agency who operate like this. I turned down a full time job on the advice of this agency promising me all this work. I can supply proof via emails and whatsapp messages.

They are great people to work with, always listen and take time to explain whatever queries you have. Shaista is whom I have had most Contact with , she is absolutely amazing.
