I worked with Laura last year to secure my senior sales leadership role, in all honesty I wasn’t actively looking for a new role, but I was starting to feel stuck in the industry I was in, craving a return back to automotive. I applied for a postion advertised through Marshall Harmony. Within a couple of hours of applying my interview had been arranged, and was offered the role same say. Laura kept me fully up to date with the process as she knew I was sceptical about using agencies. I found Laura extremely friendly and approachable, her enthusiasm for what she does is refreshing.
