A breath of fresh air among all the bad agencies out there. My first application to the company where I currently work was unsuccessful. Charlie still took the time to update me with a call even though it wasn’t good news, which I really appreciated as I think it’s common courtesy provide any update especially when your data has changed hands. This is where so many agencies are failing. I since secured a role at the same company and paid through March recruitment - everything runs like clock work - very efficient, prompt and polite.
