The worst recruitment agency I have worked for, the staff I dealt with (Weronika, Alexandria and Natalia) all seem to be polish hence the language barrier and probably why they never answer the phone, they reply saying to 'text' them, which isn't very professional. They don't disclose that training is paid at a much lower rate, they then decide that shifts you have worked are based on training rate. They don't pay you the correct amounts. Change your clock in times. Would not recommend this place at all!! Was given address of their office at Lincolnshire Way, Tranmoor Point, Westmoor Park, Doncaster, Yorkshire, DN3 3FF. (ABP Doncaster) which is an on site branch apparently, even though there is no record of this online and they only operate through mobile numbers. This is not a review for Major Recruitment located at Sidings Court Doncaster.

Very much disappointed, have tried to register since last year up to now,whenever you make a call these some ladies just hang up on me while talking, wich is very rude, take ages to register, not a good service

Donna at major recruitment is a fantastic rep. Set me up with a couple of different interviews so I could find something suitable to my needs and got me into work almost immediately after signing up with major. Always has time for a call or txt and happy to resolve any issues quickly. Would happily search for work through them again.
