Koda's human-centric approach, though simple and humane, makes them stand out: people are not LinkedIn profiles, humans are neither resources nor assets, and workers should not be treated as commodities. I know! Crazy, right? People have personalities, family, hobbies, friends, and so much more that define their professional expectations, dreams, and objectives, and that no standardised job description or résumé can even begin to address. Embracing this ‘radical’ idea, Koda staff focus on these ‘unLinkedInable’ aspects to find matches that are great for human beings, regardless of HR incentives and KPIs. And guess what: in such empowering conditions, people thrive and strive to bring much more value than they’re ever expected to. So, don’t worry: the bottom lines are safe as well. (No bottom line has been harmed during the writing of this review.) Koda won't spam you with irrelevant 'opportunities', they won't waste your time with useless processes or offer you shitty contracts they get a cut of: the aim is quality, not quantity. And they’ll fight for you whether you’re earning them cash or not, knowing not all value has an exchange rate. When Koda contacts you with an opportunity, you know it’ll be worth your time and effort: chances are much higher than average that you'll actually, really want the job, and that you’ll interview for the role you deserve, thus giving the recruiter a chance to prove they deserve you. And if you don’t get it this time, Koda Staff will debrief you with feedback and insights that will help you grow and boost your chances to get the next one.

Currently on my first assignment with Koda Staff and it’s been excellent. Jack K. is my single point of contact, responsive, and genuinely listening. He checks in proactively, solves issues fast, and keeps everything smooth. Payment is very quick and reliable. I feel looked after, not like just another contractor. Highly recommended.

Koda was unknown to me. For a couple of years I did had a good contact with Pascal Bakker, who introduced Koda to me. Pascal speaks Dutch (also my native language) which helps in communicating. Clear job descriptions, good communication, in time payment as promised. Currenly working with Koda for a couple of months. For as Today nothing negative to mention, in the contrary only positive thoughts.

Company managed by very efficient people I recommend

I've been working with Koda for a few years and I have had only positive experiences with the staff and their work. Everyone there is kind and understanding, they are responsive and they deal with issues in a proactive and personal manner.

I was very satisfied with them. I had a dedicated personal contactpoint, who was always available and helped me anytime it was required. They also have a very quick payment policy, probable something unique in the market. Usualy, they also have very good offers. We are still in contact.
