Forever grateful to Katrina and her team at Knightwood Associates. This was my first experience as a freelance site manager and Knightwood have been fantastic all along - their knowledge and relationships within the industry, and approachable nature has been second to none. The transition between Staff PAYE to Agency Self Employed basis was made that much easier with their support behind me and after 2 years working on a freelance basis, I was able to secure a permanent role which has become a bittersweet moment.
