Hi, I'm Kathryn Scott - founder of Kathryn Rose Consultancy.

I offer specialist consultancy and recruitment services to businesses looking to supercharge their growth. With nearly two decades of experience in the recruitment and services industry, I am ideally positioned to support the growth and development of your organisation.

My 18-year tenure as Managing Director at Acacium Group led to the creation of several highly successful businesses, including a niche recruitment business reaching £55m turnover, and an innovative digital mental health service that's now a market leader.

I undertook various change management projects aimed at sustaining profitability and improving productivity, including spending 6 months in Cape Town to offshore various teams.

As a Fellowship member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), I'm dedicated to professional and personal growth, having successfully coached and mentored consultants into leadership positions.
