I had an excellent experience working with Rina Mashimo at JAC Recruitment UK. She supported me from interview to onboarding with exceptional professionalism, speed, and warmth. Her communication was always clear and reassuring, and she consistently went above and beyond to help me move forward. Unprofessional experience with them. An agent, Shibui, she first asked a series of questions in email and have both my answers and my CV, then she arranged an online meeting with me, but in the online meeting she said my experience doesn’t meet the minimum year of the experience which their client requested. It’s like a waste of time. This can be clearly seen from the CV and candidate’s profile in their database. Anyway, kind of disappointed with the professional. I would say averagely centre people works better in my experience. (But agent Kobayashi in JAC is a wonderful one, he conducted highly professional interview process, I had a great experience with him although the job didn’t move forward.)

I could not rate my experience with JAC Recruitment and with Yuri Nakaishi any higher. Yuri was friendly, instructive, informed and very engaged at all stages of the process.
