Very personable, friendly & helpful. Both Kirsten & Jamie helped me when I had issues with my umbrella company. They take the time to understand what I as a contractor needed. They often checked up on how I was getting on in my contract. I've dealt with a lot of agencies over 10+ years & many treat us as just a number which is a shame. A number of times I've wanted to give up on agencies & apply direct due to shoddy service. But iSupply Recruitment has helped to restore my faith in agencies. Well, this agency anyway :)
