I had the absolute pleasure of working with Julie Ower at Involvement Recruitment, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From our very first conversation, Julie’s professional, honest, and supportive approach really stood out. She took the time to understand my experience, goals, and what I was truly looking for in my next role. Thanks to her guidance and dedication, I successfully secured a fantastic position with EPLAN, and I couldn’t be happier. Julie kept me informed at every stage of the process, offered valuable interview advice, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit — not just filling a role. After some previous disappointing experiences with other agencies, Julie completely restored my trust and faith in the recruitment industry. She is a true credit to her profession, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help and support throughout my journey.
