I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at InVictus for their outstanding support in helping me secure my new engineering role. From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for my career goals. A special mention goes to Fin, whose guidance and encouragement made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Fin took the time to understand my skills and aspirations, kept me updated at every stage, and provided invaluable advice that gave me confidence throughout the journey. Thanks to their dedication, I’ve now stepped into an exciting new chapter in my career. I couldn’t recommend InVictus more highly to any engineer looking for their next opportunity.

Very professional recruitment company. Jamie Philpot was especially helpful in my job search. Would thoroughly recommend

I contacted a gentleman called Kai regarding a position I was interested in. He proceeded to send my information across to his client. Arranged both teams interviews, messaged and called me throughout the whole process. Very supportive and professional

Can honestly say Invictus were great, particularly Mac Johnston who was supportive, attentive and caring towards the specific detail and location of the role in which I was looking for. Can’t say enough positive things about Mac!

Shawn, Always reaches out when something is a concern. He responds to my txt messages within minutes. Very helpful and supportive. I would recommend this agency to all

Hello, I dealt with Kai Wells at InVictus Recruitment, who at all times was very professional on all levels, his communication skills were clear, concise and to the point and as a result I got offered a job for Jaguar Building Services which I am glad to accept. Keep up the good work Kai and wishing you the very best. Kind Regards Mario Figueiredo

I applied several times through this recruiter but never received any proper response. Recently, I found out that they provided incorrect information about my experience and salary, which is completely untrue. When I send all proof of correct information but they even say sorry for mistake. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience — I expected more honesty and respect from a recruitment agency.

Big shoutout to Aaron Lucey for assisting me through out my recruitment process from finding the job role getting me signed up , I admire his attention to detail and prompt responses which always help during recruitment process 💪🏾

I had the pleasure of working with Jack Fletcher during my recent job search, and I am thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. Jack took the time to understand my qualifications and career objectives, and he matched me with an opportunity that was aligned with both. He communicated clearly, followed up consistently, and provided meaningful support throughout the interview and onboarding process. His commitment to excellence was evident at every step. I am grateful for Jack's assistance and am confident in recommending him to anyone seeking expert recruitment support.
