Founded in 2008 by Russell Jones, Ideal Recruit is a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of permanent, temporary and contract staff to a broad spectrum of clients ranging from large Multinational corporations to SME's and small local businesses.
Since establishment we have been committed to becoming the leading recruitment service provider across a variety of industrial and commercial sectors. Through our strategic offices situated in the Midlands and North West, we have built a strong network of partnerships and on-site locations UK wide, we place hundreds of people into permanent jobs, service over 40 customers and process over 800 timesheets every week. We view our clientÃÂs success as our passion, in a truly responsive manner if we are not delivering time and cost savings together with increased business efficiency to our clients then we are not doing our job properly.

We help build your skills in the direction you wish to go, through coaching, CV advice and relevant training. Our ethos at Ideal Recruit is to respect all candidates whatever your standing, to us you are all important and as our representatives in the workplace your success reflects on us. Avoid these charlottons like the plague...after going to an interview which they said they would ring me back that day they never did. Then on Sunday at 5pm told me I had a job starting at 10pm that night...they take your personal data on their personal mobile phones. They were not happy when I asked them why they were doing this...very shabby company don't trust
