Have attempted contact with 3 members of staff over the last 7 months. Only interaction that was somewhat successful was with Dan, where we had a good chat about a potential role. Applied to the role through him but quickly found there was very little feedback, no updates unless pushed for. Once the role was determined to not be carried forward, had total silence. Not even an interest in pursuing other options. Doesn't really feel like a company that is willing to help people find a job from what I've experienced. Edit after response: I appreciate your reply, I am aware of the difficulty surrounding the built environment job market at the moment, especially for fresh graduates. I was already aware the job applied through Hunter Dunning was a longshot, preferring 2 years experience in the field. My main concern just drives from the lack of any curtesy response to the messages I have sent since and before the experience with Dan. The market is already very hard and breaking alot of people's motivation. Even a one line/automated response can sometimes build someone's confidence a little more and not leave someone feeling ignored/left in the dark. It's understandable there's only so much a team can do if they have hundreds of people messaging and applying through you. Thanks for your help and time though.
