Humly Midlands

Made me do a dbs check and wasted about £70 of my money only to come back and tell me there was an issue with my previous address so my application was withdrawn without any refund and I have to re do the dbs check for another £70 with correct address history as they cant rectify on the first one, how stupid is that. Bunch of cons and timwasters.

I hoped my time with Humly would be a good one especially with all the good reviews however the way in which I was spoken to and dealt with by a recruitment specialist (Andy) over a misunderstanding was absolutely diabolical. I hope they can improve for the future.

Great agency. They called me on the day I applied and fast at responding and very helpful. They ring me and tell me available jobs around me and they also get in touch with schools and ask if they have any available jobs for me.

Elaine is knowledgeable, approachable and has been communicative throughout the process. The safeguarding training was genuinely useful and the app is very user friendly. Can't fault the onboarding process.

I have been working with humly since November 2021 and have to say they are great they get me work most days alot 5 days a week after i lost my job i contacted Matt and he's been amazing got me into local nurseries working most day's i would highly recommend Humly if your looking for work get in contact with them i love the fact if you cant or don't want to work some days they don't make you feel bad . all around 5 starts

I have worked with this company for a number of years. They provide great staff for my nursery and are always asking for honest feedback. They go above and beyond to ensure our requirements are met each week. Lucy Our agent is polite, friendly and is always available on the end of the phone.

So far my experience with the agency has been wonderful. I needed to start work as soon as possible and Demi, the person in charge of my pre-employment checks, was incredibly efficient and got everything sorted in less than a week. Demi was also always prompt in her responses and very understanding of my situation. Overall, my experience with her couldn’t have been better!
