I have built up a good relationship with Laura Aucott over the years. Laura is not a typical recruitment consultant. Laura and the HSE Recruitment Network go beyond the remit of "putting people in posts". This is evident through her work with many organisations promoting the benefits of "personal brand". As a candidate, my advice would be to make use of Laura's YouTube Videos. This will give you an insight in to how your personality will secure you a meaningful role that is right for you. As a business I would choose HSE Recruitment Network as I feel they have a huge understanding of how health and safety is changing. They keep ahead of the game in matching the right talent to an opportunity.

I have had a few roles via hserecruitment and I have found them very helpful and professional. I hope to use them again in 2022. As far as recruiters go they are as good as it gets.

impressive candidate care throughout

Good communication until interview confirmation was sent through. Emails became few and far between. Was promised to be called the day before interview on 2 separate occasions, didnt happen so was then promised 2 hours before interview and it ended up being 10 minutes before I was due to go In! Not very professional and stresses people out if this is the first interview they have had in nearly 8 years. Chased after the interview to see where the process was at (even if this meant I didn't get the job) and was ignored or not called back on most occasions and then just told by the recruitment consultant who was dealing with me "will call you back later" Finally asked for feedback from my interview, as I now guess I didn't get it to be completely ignored. I can safely say I have no confidence in the company, won't ever be applying for a job if it means going through HSE Recruitment and will advise others to steer clear as well. I understand this job must be very busy and demanding but its very unprofessional to clearly treat someone like a number !
