Was contacted about a job and put forward for it saying i had really good skills for it. No update after 10 days so i emailed the recruiter asking for an update but no reply. I then called the recruiter on the Monday but it went to voicemail so i left him a note asking what was going on and to get back to me. I believed by now that he was avoiding me so i called back later with my number hidden and he replied. He came up with some shoddy excuse that he had been on holiday and had passed it onto a colleague who was dealing with it. The role had been filled by someone else who was asking for less money. He apologised for not getting in touch, but he had been on holiday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
