Holden Jones is a regional accountancy recruitment consultancy covering the south east of England. The locations covered are London and Surrey from the London office; the Thames Valley/Middlesex ; and Hampshire/M3. We are privately owned and have built our success upon our consultants giving true consultancy through attentive account management.

In November 1995, Greg Holden and Leigh Jones established Holden Jones as an accountancy recruitment consultancy for the Thames Valley, determined to set a new expectation for candidates and clients.

Growing continually, Holden Jones has since opened offices in Hampshire and SW London, whilst remaining committed to maintaining the ethics and values with which it started.

As such, expansion has been a steady process of training consultants to share the same integrity, judgement and long term career perspective in order to deliver a consistent quality of service.

Our candidates receive constructive criticism on their interview performance, curriculum vitae presentation and career direction, with clients being offered challenging input to the process to ensure the right solution.

We believe that perception of individuals, companies and how they may complement each other is the essence of good recruitment and as such our efforts are concentrated on appreciating the individuality of prospective employees and the ethos and direction of the employer. To do justice to such individuality, our shortlists are presented verbally to our clients enabling a thorough appraisal of each application.
