"" I phoned them up and tried to speak with them and got nothing but more offensive confirmations. [update 8 Oct]. the reply from Highfield you read is incorrect, but this is expected given their history. See other reviews of this company, dont take my word for it.

From the initial contact, through Interview, and final offer, I found the team at Highfield in constant contact and keeping me informed of all communications through the whole recruitment process. The recruitment Industry should take a leaf out of the Highfield Teams book. This is a team that work well together and keep both the candidate and client in the loop at all times. Initially dealing with Sarah was positive. Then a few days later following an interview I had not heard back, a polite email requesting feedback was ignored, a single telephone call the following day I was told Sarah was on the other line and would call back, didn't happen. It's rather rude to keep one hanging! It's ok you can tell someone they were unsuccessful without hurting anyone's feelings! I do find this as a strange way of doing buisiness, this is an agency I would not deal with again, if this is the courtesy you treat clients with, you don't have a great future.
