Worst agency ever. Don’t waste your time and money on that place! Absolutely useless staff.

I had no hi vis and couldn’t get one until the day after the start date as I needed rest before the night shift. One of the women offered me hers but then asked if I had any friends I could borrow a hi vis off instead and I said no I don’t, none of my friends have done warehouse work and she accused me of lying. I said I’d seen no hi vis when I'd went out to try buy one and she again accused me of lying. Just totally unprofessional would avoid this agency.

Very rude staff. They would rather send our generic emails to everyone than actually look for jobs for you. When I asked them to stop sending these emails and tailor jobs to match my experience, I get told that some people are desperate enough to work to apply for anything, implying that I am not looking for work. Asked them to remove me from their books, I want an agency that I can trust and is willing to help me.

Never in my life have I heard such rudeness over the phone from a so called professional company . Absolutely dreadful behaviour from 2 staff now . Not helpful at all and just want to get you off the phone quickly. Also 2 members of staff moaning how I’m ringing too early for work asking questions ? Maybe you want to change your opening hours to 12 o’clock onwards as you only seem to wake up then 👍

Awful agency , workers are rude and don’t even offer work , phone up to get the phone put down , get told they’re will be shifts to then receive none then when brought up this issue apparently they never ever garuntee shifts which is a lie as the young lady always says it , she would make you feel bad for being ill and had no respect what so ever
