I would like to introduce you to Hello Recruitment Associates who are a specialist recruitment company specialising in Commercial recruitment which encompasses Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Admin, Operations and Multi-lingual . The business has been set up by people who have excellent tenure within recruitment and who have a real understanding of the challenges facing businesses when they decide to take on new staff. We feel our strengths are keeping the process simple but thorough and focus on delivering the successful candidate to you promptly as we are conscious that good candidates are popular candidates and that we need to secure them for you as soon as possible.
If we can work with you on an exclusive basis which means we can focus our energies on finding you the right candidate by detailed screening and treat the whole recruitment piece as a project then we will charge 15% of the basic salary as a one off fee which will be invoiced on the day the candidate commences their employment. For a multi agency scenario we would charge 20% of the annual salary as our fee.
All our recruitment is underpinned by a 12 month protection scheme which enables you to have some peace of mind when taking on new staff through Hello Recruitment Associates details of which can be found within our terms of business which are available on request.
