Haystack Selection

From the point of introduction, Haystack Recruitment were highly professional and effective in enhancing engagement with potential employers. This approach led to me swiftly securing a Plant Manager position with a large automotive company. Based on this experience, I have since chosen to utilise their services for the company’s ongoing recruitment needs.

Working with Haystack Selection was genuinely one of the most seamless and supportive hiring experiences I’ve had. From the very first conversation, they took the time to understand not just my skills, but my goals, preferences, and the kind of environment where I’d thrive. Their communication was consistent and transparent, and I always felt informed about where I stood in the process. What stood out most was how invested they were in finding the right fit — not just any role. They offered thoughtful advice before interviews, provided honest feedback afterward, and acted as a true advocate on my behalf. Thanks to their guidance, I felt confident at every stage. In the end, they connected me with an opportunity that aligned perfectly with my experience and long‑term ambitions. It never felt transactional; it felt like having a partner who genuinely cared about my success. I’d happily work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and encouraging recruitment experience.
