Had one of my worst experiences in recruiting with Francesca, she relayed false information about the salary multiple times. Offered the highest range to me but when it came to actualities my salary suddenly went down 20k. She even asked me to adjust my CV to present false information to the employer. Constantly asking very simple questions that I was so surprised how she is recruiting for a AI and data science role. Not being able to distinguish the very preliminary terms in this field. I had a very bad experience with them twice, it is so sad that they are trying to take advantage of the people who are truly seeking an opportunity.
