Hello Team, I am writing to share my feedback about my recent experience with your agency. Unfortunately, I found the attitude of the staff to be very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards job seekers. As a candidate looking for opportunities, I expect basic respect and polite communication. In particular, the front desk staff member’s behaviour was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. I request that you please look into this matter and ensure your staff communicates with candidates professionally and respectfully.

Such a rude check when I went to agency I showed the received mail to them these documents has to be bought without accepting that they tell to send through this mail I showing the confirmation they haven't accepted moreover hand copy she is not accepting receiving is one thing and telling to show is another thing the lady at front show the attitude I'm a boss like that they waster and worst they don't listen to our words if we tell about the public transport we manage to come they ask for proof of address where we stay such a time waster lady

So glad I came to this agency first on my job hunt , a lovely lady called Emma got me straight into work , Very professional buisness one of the best in Coventry
