Managed to set-up an initial interview with a good employer through GCS. However, after the initial interview, which went well. I had mixed up the locations of two interviews and needed to reschedule the second interview that was set up at the initial interview. Both GCS and the employer Ghosted me. Highly unprofessional service and no consideration for my struggles in the moment. I even emailed the recruitment agent called Daniel and he ignored me and I am still waiting for a response to date. Overall, very unimpressed with the unprofessional service. But then I have heard that recruiters often disappear and ghost if its not going to make them money.

2 members of GCS staff have contacted me via LinkedIn recently regarding the same role. Initially set up a call for a specific time, 5 hours after this time, a different person eventually called me but at this time I was unavailable. Subsequently a different staff member contacted me via direct message and I explained my reluctance to waste more of my time waiting for a call so he offered to email me information... not wasting my time booking in a call turned out to be a smart idea as I'm still waiting for that email.

This has to be the worst EXPERIENCE I have ever come across, a number of messages left over 2 week period, plus an email directly into Mike one of the recuirters to no avail. Simply shocking avoid if you are looking for a career. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can score this firm, they are not even worthy of this.
