Since our humble beginnings in 1997 as an independently owned, local industrial staffing agency in North Wales, it's always been our aspiration to grow into a business that provides three things: a positive employment journey for our candidates; meaningful training for our people; and real solutions for our customers.

Today, we are an award-winning recruitment business with national presence, and have expanded our offering to cover technical, professional and healthcare sectors, all of which are under the ‘gap personnel group’ brand.



In 2017 we were acquired by BeNEXT Yumeshin Group Co – a global HR and staffing provider with £500 million+ revenues. This has given us the platform to build a contemporary recruitment journey that gets our candidates and clients where they want to be. We are on an exciting journey towards the forefront of the recruitment market, across both the UK and Europe.
