FTS Group

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Kate at FTS Recruitment. I was offered a job based on the representation that the pay was £18.80 net (take-home), but it later became clear that this figure was before tax, meaning the actual take-home pay was significantly lower than stated. This was extremely misleading and a waste of my time. At the start, I was told that I could reach them 24/7 for any queries, yet when I needed clarification about pay, calls were not answered and messages were ignored. The lack of communication and transparency was frustrating and unprofessional. There also appears to be poor coordination, with employment matters seemingly handled by the same individual, which may explain the ongoing communication issues. Overall, this experience cost me both time and money, and I believe there are far better agencies available that treat workers with honesty and respect. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

FTS Group have always gone above and beyond when covering transport orders, they have supported us with a recent contract, I found Ben to be very professional and would definitely recommend and use again.

FTS Group are 2nd to none! They have managed the logistics (high volume pallet storage & haulage) for my U.K. company for the past 3yrs, and never dropped the ball. We have grown our business 300% during this time, and could not have achieved this success without Ben and his dedicated Team.

Great company to do business with. Very friendly staff, comunication and response times were excellent and their drivers are top quality. Never had any issues and would definitely use them again.

Been using fts for some time now, due to excessive work load Soemtimes we need help with our delivery’s , they always do what they say . Competitive prices and very fast turnaround. Wouldn’t use anyone else . Thanks Ben and the team
