Focus Resourcing

The best recruiters! Informative, great communication and get the job done well and quickly. No complaints!

I worked with Julie recently and have landed my perfect role. Both Julie and Chloe were in constant contact keeping me updated on the interview process and providing insights and advice for the presentation I put together. Very lovely and helpful company to work with. Thank you so much!!!

Couldn’t recommend Focus Resourcing more!! Julie was incredibly helpful and proficient, felt very well looked after!!

Julie and Chloe were excellent. Kept me updated on the progress of my application at every stage and always checked in with me before and after my interviews. Really friendly and supportive.

Having dealt with Sharon and Focus Resourcing for a while now, I have nothing but praise for them. Absolutely brilliant service and very professional. Sharon was a great help, and coached me through interview prep which was something i was worried about. Her advice and guidance paid off as the interview was a success and a permanent offer shortly followed.

Very dissapointed with this agency and would not recommend. I was offered a phone interview, and was very specific about time frames for a call due to the London train strikes. I had an appointment and they failed to relay this information, and I wasn't able to take the call. I subsequently wasn't called back, and the shortlist was closed without me having the opportunity to speak to the hiring manager.

I was contacted by Chloe initially asking me if I was interested in the job, she promptly emailed me the spec and it moved forward to the first stage interview. Sharon then contacted me on email and a Teams chat was set up ( as she was managing that particular job vacancy) to help prepare me for the interview. She were very friendly and supportive and always updated me as and when she could. Unfortunately not all recruitment agencies are like this, so it was reassuring and I felt looked after throughout the whole process, right to the point of second interview and the job offer. Thank you to Chloe and thank you to Sharon!

Absolutely fab u lous. There are Agencies and then there is Focus Resourcing. So professional, timely and 100% reliable. Thank you to Sharon and Chloe who worked seamlessly with my application. All wrapped up fast, taking any pressure off and organising my first and second interviews and wrapping up my offer. Thank you, highly recommend.

I have had such a wonderful and stress free experience with the lovely Julie! From our initial call she reassured me, kept in contact, supported me and followed up regarding interviews. She was professional and ensured I was well informed every step of the way in securing my permanent job. I am very grateful that all within 1 week I was able to secure a permanent position in a job and industry I was seeking

I had a fantastic experience with Julie. Her helpful advice and interview tips resulted in a successful placement and her communication throughout was exceptional
