First Recruitment Services

Claire has been really helpful and quick with replies and the process is much quicker than other agencies. Definitely recommend and Claire needs a pay rise 🫡

I registered very recently with Mark Smith @ First Recruitment. The whole process was straightforward and Mark was so helpful and encouraging. As a full time carer who had been out of the work place for many years the prospect of job hunting and interviews was daunting but Mark was so patient and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for him so much so that the first job he put me forward for I got offered! This was all down to his hard work and I am very grateful. I totally recommend this agency to others as for me they went above and beyond any of the other agencies I had registered with

Lauren at first recruitment has been super helpful and really supportive. Would highly recommend if anyone is needing and help with finding work

Got me from unemployed to a job in about 2-3 weeks, amazing 👍

Claire at FRS has been amazing. always welcoming and answers all questions I have. Claire has placed me at ThermoFisher and I couldn't be more happy at my current job.

Highly Recommended! I had an excellent experience with First Recruitment Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work. I especially want to thank Katie, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Katie kept me updated on the progress of my application and was always quick to follow up with any new information. She went above and beyond by suggesting alternative job opportunities while I was waiting for responses, which really showed how committed she was to helping me succeed. Her communication was always clear, friendly, and professional, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel so much smoother. Thanks to her dedication and support, I was able to find a role that suited me well. If you're looking for a recruitment agency that genuinely cares about your job search, look no further than First Recruitment Services and if you get the chance to work with Katie, you're in very good hands! - Gerald

I have been doing on and off warehouse work for the first recruitment for approximately two years now. Katie supported me throughout and would send me weekly routers without fail, whilst remaining incredibly informative whenever I had any questions. I worked for a few agencies in the past; however, I have certainly had the best experience with First Recruitment. I would highly recommend both the agency and Katie. Thank you!🙂

I highly recommend First Recruitment for anyone in need of work in the area. I’ve had so much help from Katie since moving to Haywards Heath and she managed to find me multiple opportunities within the first month of being in contact. They really go above and beyond to find you work asap and they want you to enjoy the work you do.

Katie is my agent and cant complain she is absolutely brilliant and such a wonderful lady. Katie messaged and called everyday about work and is very supportive. I would highly recommend using first recruitment always.

Mark supported me with finding a new role and I can honestly say he made the process super easy and had great communication with me throughout the process. He was always available to answer my questions and was helpful with prep for the interview. I cannot recommend Mark + First Recruitment enough!
