Great experience with them so far. Kirsty has been nothing but helpful, trying her hardest to get my name known to companies and always happy to answer questions. I'm usually skeptical of agencies but have had a very positive time with this one.

Amazing agency have offered so much help and support, Kirsty has been amazing in finding me work and checking in on how i’m doing couldn’t ask for anything more off them. I would recommend to anyone going into the education industry as i had no experience and they still managed to help me to reach my full potential when being in schools

In a nutshell, First For Education is just simply an OUTSTANDING supply agency and I CANNOT fault them!👌🏼🌟 Having recently turned 50, I had been a full-time class teacher since my 20s and knew that I needed something different, something with a more manageable pace. FFE was recommended by a colleague. I contacted them, a little apprehensive, during the summer of 2022. I knew very little about agency supply and was feeling quite anxious.Mark Stone literally took me by the hand, showcased his down-to-earth personality and through his wonderful encouragement, helped me to, "Give it a go!" I remember being so worried about my future during that initial interview. Mark made me feel at ease with his superb expertise and honesty, ironing out any insecurity that I had. I knew then, that my experience with FFE would be a positive one. Mark really took time to find out about me; what I wanted for work and my previous experience. The registration process was straight forward, quick and stress-free and I was ready to start work within a short period of time(Autumn 2022). Whatever I have given the agency as my availability, I have always been provided with work. Mark always finds something! He is very accommodating; placing me in schools local to my area and suitable to my experience. In the beginning, I was completing day-to-day assignments, and then I secured (X3) back-to-back long-term positions. I undertook TA roles, tuition roles and now I may even contemplate the odd teaching assignment in the future. Mark has made my experience so enjoyable, igniting a spark that mainstream class teaching had dampened. I have found different roles and experiencing different schools exciting and not monotonous. I have undertaken tasks that I have never encountered, even as an experienced Y6 teacher! Plus, I have NO "Sunday night feeling!"☺️ Something many teachers can associate with. FFE have provided not only jobs from a morning call, but also days, even weeks in advance, so that I can plan ahead. Whenever I visit a school, FFE make sure I know the exact address and who to contact on arrival. I have been placed in some gorgeous schools 😍 and it has been a real pleasure to work for them, making friends along the way and even being offered several contractual jobs. Of course not everything is perfect, but literally there have only been 2 assignments over nearly 2 years that I did not enjoy. Mark was very sympathetic and genuinely supportive and reassured me that my happiness was paramount.😊 He did not penalise me when I declined work there again; Mark wants you to feel comfortable on a booking. That is the beauty of FFE; it is Ok to say "No thank-you." Communication is excellent. Mark is quick in responding to my texts and I feel well-cared for. Payments have always been on time and weekly reminders to submit timesheets from Abbi are useful. Also, the agency is reliable in reminding me of annual renewal of DBS and Safeguarding Certificates, so that they are current. I would highly recommend FFE agency to any teacher or teaching assistant looking for supply needs🥇; in fact, I have already done so with X3 colleagues, who have now also joined. I have been delighted with my experience so far, a new exciting chapter at this stage of my life, I have never looked back and cannot wait to continue with FFE in September and for many years to come. I gave work with FFE for almost 10 years and have just retired. Excellent Teaching agency to work for. Mark has been a great support and has always matched work to my needs. He was very helpful and supportive throughout my teaching career on supply. Payments have always been on time and and weekly reminders from Abbi to fill in time sheets was very useful. I joined first for education about 6 months ago and have been very happy with the communication and support that I have recieved.Mark my consultant is easy to approach and is quick at responding to my texts.In the beginning I was doing day to day work that mark understood had to fit around my own family commitments which was perfect, I have now secured a long term position within a setting which I love :) thankyou
