I cannot recommend Faith Recruitment highly enough. In particular, Jules was absolutely phenomenal throughout my job search journey. After being made redundant following nearly 25 years with my previous employer, I decided to take some time away from work to focus on myself and my family. When I was ready to return to the job market, I applied for a role advertised through Faith Recruitment. From the very first phone call and my subsequent meeting with Jules at the Woking branch, she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my experience and aspirations, offered valuable advice, and encouraged me to consider opportunities that I may not have had the confidence to apply for on my own. I was understandably apprehensive about the interview process, but I needn’t have worried. Jules was supportive from day one, providing guidance, practical tips, and excellent advice on how to present myself effectively. I once went for an interview following speaking with a recruiter. I was some time ago but the reason i am writing this as a friend has recently had the same and simply its just stupid. I have spoken with many recruiters before and never had to sign anything but thought oh well its just their process im happy to follow it. Took the time to drive in and sign it - time out of my day. I went to an interview and from my side it went well. However the client did not think so, or so i assume as i never heard anything back. I wasn't annoyed i didn't get the job it was really for me. But to of not received anything at all post it is just pathetic. I dont understand why i could not of been contacted and told why i wasnt given the role... this could of been something i can alter going into further interviews and i would of been greatful for help. My friend has had the exact same - Faith recruitment will make you come in and sign a document but they dont have the ability to tell you why you didnt get the job. The expectations they have for you compared to what they will do for you is so far different that i know they will never change the way they operate.

Faith recruitment is one of the best agencies I have come across in the last 3 months of job searching. They take pride in their candidates and always follow up to get updates on how my job search is going. Lottie and Georgia are truly amazing.
