Rude man on the phone today at 10:05. Called said hello and my name after he asked how he can help and then proceeded to explain my query and he abruptly interrupted and you need to say your name first of all told him that I did it and repeated my name and he replied have you sent an email I said no and he replied then if you have not you need to I cannot provide with that information on the phone you need to send one and if we can find it with your email we will send to you. I was never expecting them to give me payslip over the telephone but wanted to check if based on the timeframe they would still have the documents, rude and unpleasant experience that makes me wonder if they are aware that being rude is not being a more efficient worker or does not make them more serious because they are sitting in a chair
