I’ve been dealing with Jake Croft for several months now both as a candidate for a role which he contacted me for and also as a manager I’ve been recruiting for staff for in the role he originally placed me for. Jake contacted me in August 2019 about a role he felt I would be a good fit for, I found his telephone manner polite, professional, friendly and very engaging. After finding out my availability and discussing the role and my suitability for it and confirming my interest in it we agreed on next steps and further communication. Jake kept me up to date at all stages, liaised with the prospective employer when I disappeared off for 2 weeks holiday when they were interviewing and kept the opportunity “live” for me.
