I have now been a contractor with Endevour Recruitment subcontracted to a major defence firm for 7 weeks and can safely say the process has been well communicated and lived up to everything that I was told. Alex P made the recruitment process a breeze, he maintained an optimal level of contact with me throughout the process, without being like some recruiters on the phone to you more often than your own family. Karuna K took over the onboarding process from Alex and was equally efficient in ensuring I knew enough information to ensure the process remained as swift as possible. He again made sure the information was current and relevant. Both Alex P and Karuna K have always been available to contact and quick with answers or chasing anything that may be required. I even recieved notification from they guys recently that the pay date was going to be a week later than normal which was good communication and meant I wasn't sitting there anxious about when and/or why per se I hadn't recieved payment. Cannot fault either on any aspect of duties and responsibilities to me and while not having worked with any others from Endevour suspect that if the rest of the team are like these chaps your in good hands. Naturally getting the job that I had been earmarked for was naturally pretty beneficial also! Haha. So thanks Alex & Karuna and all the team at Endevour Recruitment Solutions, as companies are only ever as good as their people and I know there are proactive people working in the background to keep these two mentioned able to perform their duties well!
