Employment Specialists Ltd

Terrible attempts of retention. Multiple times I have had very eager initial contact and after that it is like pulling teeth to hear anything. Multiple times I have been told I would recieve a call and it never comes. Sad.

Brooke was super attentive and helpful and checked in with me regularly with updates, I wouldnt hesitate in using this Agency again.

I received excellent service from Kerry. The support I received was amazing. The communication was excellent; Kerry contacted the company for regular updates and kept me informed throughout the process. With the support from Kerry, I secured the position. I would definitely recommend the services Employment Specialists Ltd, and Kerry.

Very good communication. Excellent links with Insurance Industry, very supportive throughout the application and interview process.

I have worked with Employment Specialists on more than one occasion, and each time, i can wholeheartedly say that the services they provide are exceptional, and second to none. They are now, and will always be, my first choice when considering a new career. The companies and roles they have placed me with, have not only been the most appropriate and suitable for my experience and skill set, but have also been the roles I have enjoyed the most, and with the best employers I have ever worked for. Their long-standing knowledge and insight into the industries they specialise in, is invaluable. This, in addition to the level of integrity and excellent customer service they operate under, results in a candidate experience which cannot be compared to any other recruiter I've ever dealt with. They are all about matching the right personality, skills and ethos to the right company. Something which comes across very strongly when working with them. It is also evident just how strong their relationships with employers are, and how much value they add to the companies and candidates they work with. It is abundantly clear from their conduct and from my own personal experience, that the role they play is to do the right thing for both the employer and candidate, something they are not willing to compromise on. Amazing company, delightfully lovely people, knowledgeable, and very highly regarded by those whom are lucky enough to work with them. I will always be immensely greatful for the opportunities they have afforded me, and have 100% confidence and faith in their ability to deliver. But most importantly, their drive to produce the best result for all involved. I have worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years now, and their name has come up a lot in that space of time. Whether speaking with an employer or fellow candidate, whenever the name Employment Specialists is mentioned, it is very quickly followed by a series of compliments and examples of very positive experiences. They have exceeded my expectations on every front, every time.

A great recruitment company with convivial staff who all genuinely care about helping you towards the next step in your career. Highly recommend to employers seeking recruitment assistance, or indeed employees who need some help getting their foot in the door at their next great opportunity!

Had the pleasure of working with Lucy at Employment Specialists, and I cannot speak highly enough of her - as they supported me with the next stage of my career. A professional, organised, well connected company led by fantastic people.

I applied for a job online via Employment Specialists and the following day received a phone call from Lucy who explained the company and job description to me in detail. She promptly forwarded my CV to the company and had arranged an interview for the following week and sent me some further information about the role and what was expected so I knew what the recruiter's would be looking for in an applicant. The day before the interview, Lucy contacted me to go over some interview techniques and ensure that I was ready and as prepared as could be. Following the interview, Lucy contacted me with the feedback from the company and had arranged my second interview for 4 days time and again, provided further advice for my interview and what I could expect from this one. Lucy contacted me later that day to tell me I had been successful and that the company would like to offer me the job. Lucy has been fantastic throughout the whole process of securing my new role by keeping me updated in a timely manner and with her professionalism; I am so grateful for the information, advice and reassurance she provided at every step. As a side note, each time I have contacted the office every member of the team has been friendly, courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend speaking with Lucy and her colleagues if you're looking for your next step in your career.
