Sarah Bicknell has been an absolute godsend! Really pleasant and easy to chat to and will make you comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. Super personable, so it feels more like you’re dealing with someone really familiar, which obviously really helps in the recruitment process, which can usually be quite daunting and nerve wracking thing, but that’s not at all how I felt with Sarah. Applied for a job through Indeed and someone from Elevevation got in touch. We had a meeting to discuss the role and spoke about options in case I didn't manage to get an interview. I've since had no communication whatsoever, nothing to say I didn't get an interview, no follow up or anything, just completely ghosted. I'd understand if I didn't get an interview for the job I applied for, but I was told that they would follow up with more vacancies that were relevant to me. Quite disappointed.
