Our passion is placing individuals into job roles they love. Founded and led by Izabella Edwards, Edwards Employment Solutions was founded in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, in 2018.
The business has since become a trusted provider of ethical recruitment solutions to businesses in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas.
Our original vision for Edwards Employment Solutions - to grow a recruitment business that provides personal, tailored and responsive service - remains today and is shared by all of our team.
With more than 20 years of combined experience in the recruitment industry and across a variety of sectors, our team has the knowledge and experience to support both businesses with their recruitment needs and individuals looking for their next career move.

Couldn't even get a warehouse job 🤔 Made to go to a (Kirkby)job centre for the first time ever because I'm not a bum, spoke to a fake girl called Lauren who acted really nice in which she said she will let me know in a week if I have been successful or not which they never did and I had to chase it up myself. They gave it to people who apparently had experience with recycling can only imagine what they look like, they must be ambitious, not, 28 years old English essentially in my prime of my life who doesn't smoke drink or take drugs,maybe that was the issue, Not rough enough. Waste of money and time thanks alot!
