So she was happy to take commision when I signed the contract but wasn’t happy to help me when there was an issue…?

Really poor communication. The website facilitates CV upload within the job advert however they’re deficient in acknowledging receipt and/or providing further information. After a week of silence I emailed the company directly but still nothing heard. A basic front-door service is surely a key tenant for a good recruitment agency.
