Driver Hire Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft

Driver hire sorted a driver quickly for us - communication was fantastic and driver was superb. couldn't have asked for any more. 10/10 will use again.

Driver hire was recommended to me via a friend and having had a nightmare of a time finding work that was barely over the minimum wage i was thinking of going back to my previous career on site. but having spoken to chantel and chole I was offered 3 job positions and left feeling relieved. I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from, I can only assume they are hormone related, the staff are very proffesional, honest and polite, my experience has always been positive, I would definetely rate these above all agencies in Norfolk/Suffolk esp the ones that have been mentioned in one of the negative comments, the only thing I think they could improved on is the generic coffee they offered me,one sip and I was done, however I am a coffee snob,as far as the business goes it's five *****

Woman who don’t have a clue about the transport industry. One of them used to be a HGV driver but if I’m honest she’s properly better off in the kitchen than she is at driving or recruitment. They’re absolutely useless at their jobs, don’t look after their customers, they over charge for a rubbish service! Go to ARC or CPL for your drivers, you’ll get better quality for a cheaper price. Nicola is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and Chantelle is one of the thickest. Avoid

I called Driver Hire in desperate need of a cover driver (HGV) for this week, I spoke to Chloe who was fantastic, within an hour and a half Chloe had found a driver (The amazing Jim) who completed his work with us today. We are a small company and do not often need agency drivers, I have also had bad experiences in the past. This experience has not only ensured our company have been able to fulfill all of our scheduled work commitments but also made me feel confident about where to turn should we need cover in the future. Chloe has been amazing and Jim a brilliant temporary addition to our team!

I initially gave this company 2 stars based on our experience, but have since reduced it to 1 star following an unacceptable incident. Nicola and a colleague showed up to my office unannounced and in an aggressive manner, demanding to know why I had left a 2-star review. Their behaviour was completely unprofessional, especially considering I had customers present at the time, and I had to ask them to leave. This is not the kind of conduct I will tolerate in a professional setting. In terms of service, we were promised experienced drivers but were not informed that we would also need to instruct them on routes and destinations ourselves, adding to our already heavy workload. Unfortunately, our experience with this agency has been the worst we’ve had, and certainly not worth the higher cost they charge. I cannot recommend them based on the service and behaviour we've encountered.

Couldn't ask more from a agency. Signed up one day. Got me work the next. Alex and Michelle have phoned offering me work day after day. Have recommended friends to get on this agency aswell.

Very happy with service and will continue to use for all movements in the future.

Nicola, fantastic lady, really switch on and very organised. However upon arrining, was greated by a young man. Who again wanted copy of my licences, and proof of address. All this had been emailed to Nicola...Also man said we are one of the lowest paying agency in Nowich. So not really selling there since very well. Office Manager switch on..and make a mean coffee...lol.
