Great team of friendly, approachable professionals. Always get courtesy calls while out on assignment to see how I'm getting on with the client/placement. Anytime I had to pay for CPC training out of my own pocket these guys have always sorted it out. How agencies should be run.

Hands down the worst agency out there. They pride themselves on being “the best” but theyre overpriced their USP is “we’re 24/7 support on last minute drivers…” however every temp agency is 24/7 soooo? What are we paying for??? Shoddy service, arrogant director. If you need a driver. Go on indeed or to another agency like Pertemps.. driver hire gatwick flood the job market with fake adds and non-screened drivers… Also replying to a review with “theres no coloured fella here” is the craziest thing to write in 2025…

Hands down this us the best agency I have ever worked for, I called on the Monday and with the help of Jay I got my paperwork sorted within 24 hours, the next day I was at the office having my interview and an hour later I was off to do some training for their first job opportunity that they offered me, I started working on the Thursday, I've been there ever since and haven't looked back. I am now coming towards the end of my employment with driver hire Gatwick as this company is taking me on full time at the end of the month. They have stayed in contact with me every few weeks to make sure all is well and that I'm happy. I can't thank the driver hire Gatwick team enough for putting me in the position I'm in now, getting ready to start what could be my forever job working for a great company, fantastic team with plenty of room for progression should I choose to take it.

I can only say good things about this agency. They have given me the opportunity to start a new career and always try their best to assign me to roles i prefer. I truly enjoy working for them. Their call agents and managers i deal with are super friendly and supportive. I can highly recommend working for this agency from a driver's perspective.

Never phone back no help at all as othe drivers I have met told me. Why name Driver Hire as that is what they don't do.

I needed immediate work and after a Thursday interview, they had found me work for the following Monday. Great service and friendly staff. They were always available to answer any questions. I worked for 8 weeks and had work constantly whilst I found a permanent position. I can't thank them enough for helping me out.

This is one of the worst agencies to work for. I've been called by one of their agents for an interview about a Class 2 job and I accepted. When I arrived at their office in Crawley at the specified date and time, I was left to wait for almost half an hour, only for a coloured fella to come and tell me that they can't find my name in the system hence there will be no interview. What a disgrace. I lost so much time, I even took a day off just for the interview...

Brilliant service, Alex made everything simple and the process slick. Within the week I had an interview and a new job. Would recommend
