Hello, I applied directly to this agency for a Purchase Ledger Position on 08th October. I more than met the criteria and it would have been a position many levels below my pervious experience with about 40% less salary. However, after recently relocating to Warrenpoint, I have to start somewhere. I heard nothing from Criostoir for weeks and then the job was re-advertised on 22nd October. I waited a week to see if the agency would reach out to me but nothing. I subsequently contacted the agency where I was informed that only 2 candidates were selected for final interview. I was very disappointed as in the ESSENTIAL CRITERIA section it listed SAGE experience as "Desirable" - I have 20 plus years experience on Sage Line 50. The other "Essential Criteria" were. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a busy Accounts Payable role Experience in Supervising/Managing other Staff Experience in Supplier reconciliation & query resolution Excellent communication skills & attention to detail Sage Purchase Ledger experience (desirable) Experience in dealing with high volume of System Transactions (desirable) My CV covered these areas in great detail. Cristoir has said that he forwarded my CV for consideration to the employer but from the tone of the phone call and the cadence of his voice, I have some doubts. Cristoir later apologised to me for the lack of contact from his office and offered some excuse as to why the job advert was updated and yet was still running online even though two candidates had been selected for the FINAL INTERVIEW process. I will avoid this agency from now on and would advise anyone who values themselves to avoid this agency like Covid-19. Khris Veldman

I had the absolute pleasure of working with a girl called Angela Black. From the first phone call to my 20 week end period Angela done everything for me,from setting up an interview (calling me to wish me luck that morning)to sorting out any question I had during my 20 week employment trail. I'm now in full employment all thanks to Angela who I would now call a friend. She's done more than get me a job , she got my life back on track ...Thank you Angela and Donard Recruitment.

My partner had to make complaint as soon as he did they got him no more work he wanted safety equipment for working with acid they said to him you I ll be OK he got burnt
