Suruchi Pandey and Tarun are excellent members of the team. They understand your needs and help you to achieved your aims. I am very proud of working with Cromwell medical.

I would not recommend this agency, I did all the training which took me hours and days, had my zoom interview and completed all they asked me to do for one and half months.But then the recruitment had staffing suddenly stop giving replies, all the effort, time and training I had put in was wasted! and they had recommended some training so i paid £105 for that trainings and certificate as well. but all waste, I don’t have time and money to waste for nothing. They are very unprofessional, when you chase up queries they do not call you back, they lie a lot. I have been dealing with two people called Aditi and pooja. They never call you back after you finished compliance.If you are looking seriously for work, please do not try and waste time.

Definitely do not recommend Cromwell if you’re a paeds nurse. They are very unprofessional, they do not provide you with shifts, when you chase up queries they do not call you back, they lie a lot in between themselves. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT Recommend. I have been dealing with two people called Tarun and Shivalika, just terrible communication. A lot of lies. Very unprofessional. They never feedback back or call you back. For people who definitely themselves as a reputable agency, I definitely do not agree.

I have had great time working for Cromwell since I registered in November 2023. The recruitment process was smooth and of high quality, thanks to the recruitment team Chantel. I was assigned to a consultant called Akshita Goel. I have enjoyed working with Akshita who constantly ensures that I have options that suits my availability and location. My availability changes very rapidly yet she ensures that I am never left out of work. Akshita is usually prompt and professional in her response to any queries i have put forward to her.
