Operating from branches in Haverhill, Newmarket, Cambridge & Bury St. Edmunds; we specialise in recruiting staff on all levels from junior roles to senior management across a range of industries.
We work closely with our candidates and clients alike to provide a tailored recruitment process that is thorough, professional and represents great value.
Our approach is born out of a wealth of recruitment experience and has been developed throughout our company, to how we believe a successful agency should be run. We do not believe in the countless sales targets and vastly inflated fees that are rife within the recruitment industry. Our philosophy is simply to build long lasting working relationships that enable us to comprehensively understand our clients recruitment needs. It is this working culture that enables us to attract vacancies from small businesses to larger blue chip organisations.

I have been working with many agencies over the years and Crem Recruitment is by far the best of all , easy and straightforward registration process , very helpful staff especially Wonderfull Joanna who goes absolutely above and beyond to help and make the whole experience as smooth as possible. each assignment was clearly explained to me , all informations provided and very good pay rates guaranteed , hr department is very robust and provides any documents you might need very quickly :) .
