Courtney Smith

As most people know you mostly have a very fake/selfish experience with recruitment agencies. However Courtney Smith are the single worst recruiter I have ever used. They put me forward for a role and after the interview I decided it wasn't for me so I advised Courtney Smith that I planned not to proceed. I was then berated by the Individual and felt like I was being pressured into doing something I didn't want too Just so they could get there commission. A little heads up Courtney Smith Its the individuals decision to pick and choose what they want to do not yours. Avoid using these at all cost would be my recommendation.

CSG and their whole team have always been as professional, resourceful and helpful as possible in my experience dealing with them. They were very successful in helping myself get placed for great work upon entering the industry, alongside having been used multiple times over the years by my current employers. Tony, Dan and their team always deliver in my experience, I wouldn’t place my faith elsewhere.

I have used CSG for over 20 years whist working as a Director for a number of companies . They provide excellent service and spend time understanding your requirements. They are a passionate team headed by Tony Smith and have strong relationships within the industries they cover. 100% trustworthy and very professional.

I’ve been using CSG for over 20 years. One of the most professional business I’ve ever dealt with. Specialist in their field and passionate about quality and service, I am able to trust them 100% with my recruitment needs and regularly recommend them to others.

David Boyce is a credit to your company the whole team was amazing !

AVOID At first it all seems very nice on the phone I was told about three potential roles which I was very interested in. After a couple of weeks it was me who ended up chasing progress of applications just to be told there is no further information or you haven't been successful we will be in touch when we here anything. It makes me wonder if I hadn't made the call would I ever of been updated. The annoying thing is they contact you and build up all hopes then absolutely nothing. Its so frustrating when you are looking for a new role.
