Connop Brown Associates is a boutique recruitment agency that offers over three decades of experience. We place Accountancy and Finance professionals, from transactional to executive and board level.
Connop Brown Associates recognise what's important in 2024 and plan to organically build and maintain longstanding relationships by offering a niche, tailored experience. We partner with our clients and candidates according to their needs. Recruitment is never a linear process and it demands a truly consultative approach.

We cover Accountancy and Finance recruitment across all vertical markets and business sectors. We work with candidates at every level and operate with SME's, Accountancy Practices, Start up Businesses and Large Corporate entities alike.
We're in touch with the local market and its conditions simply through the longevity of our recruitment careers and the change we've experienced in the economy and its trading conditions in the last 20+ years.
Importantly we realise that not every situation is the same. Not every client requires the same support and not every candidate wants the same dialogue or advice. Things have to be personalised and unique and that is what we strive to provide.
