Quick to respond, very thorough with paperwork and compliance. You have to pay for training updates which is mandatory and I don’t think we should have to pay for. Felt hassled by a member of HR team to complete these even though it was over a month before some things were due to expire - I received daily phone calls and multiple emails to remind me to complete them.

A really efficient and organised agency. They are very thorough and have excellent communication skills. The team at Connaught are very helpful and always go above and beyond for their employees. I have dealt mostly with Laura, who has been extremely helpful and always manages to resolve any problems that arise. Definitely recommend this agency.
