The person i spoke to on the phone today was very condescending and rude, she actually laughed at me. Im a supervisor at a food production company, I'm looking for a change and the woman on the phone was incredibly difficult to deal with. Completely useless infact. Do not waste your time. Call another agency, maybe one that has trained staff, or even polite staff. Very disappointed.
