I've had nothing but positive experiences with the agency and Ruth has been so lovely and helpful! Even though the recruitment process was so close to Christmas and New Year, Ruth was easily contactable and constantly updated me on what was happening. Would definitely use them in the future!

Total waste of time!! apparently they advertised a position of a company which was considering only internal candidates, I had to spend more than 20 minutes on the phone to find out about that. On top of that, the person I spoke with said that she would have given me an update on a couple of days on this however I have never heard back from her and the position stopped receiving applications on a job board meaning probably that the position went to an internal candidate, so why posting it on a job board and above all why don't start a call by saying this first?
