Total waste of time!! apparently they advertised a position of a company which was considering only internal candidates, I had to spend more than 20 minutes on the phone to find out about that. On top of that, the person I spoke with said that she would have given me an update on a couple of days on this however I have never heard back from her and the position stopped receiving applications on a job board meaning probably that the position went to an internal candidate, so why posting it on a job board and above all why don't start a call by saying this first?
